Scrambled Egg Beaters sprinkled with shredded cheese and 
4 strips of microwaveable turkey bacon--love this stuff! (6 ww pT+)

Lunches
Tuna sammies on whole wheat, nonfat yogurt, fruit (9 ww pT+)
Lightened Up Taco Salad--recipe to come, nonfat yogurt fruit (7 ww pT+)

Dinners
Lightened Up Pizza Rolls with salad
