Breakfasts
*Hard-boiled eggs, whole wheat toast
*Fruit with yogurt
*Cereal bars
*Baked Oatmeal (new recipe)
Lunches
*Egg salad on whole wheat bread, side salad, fruit
*Tuna salad, whole wheat crackers, cucumber slices, fruit
*Hot dogs, baked beans, pickles, fruit
*Grilled cheese, soup, fruit
*PBJ, shake
Dinners
*Smoky refried bean soup, salad, corn bread
*Chinese Takeout Chicken, stirfry veggies, rice
*Pasta alfredo with ham and peas, salad
*Fried eggs, corned beef hash, whole wheat toast, tomato juice, fruit
*Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad
*Crockpot Cabbage Rolls, salad
*Tuna cakes, cole slaw, skillet corn (Never got to this last week!)
Snacks
*Banana cupcakes (recipe to come shortly)
*Trail mix
*Carrots and dip
*Apples with peanut butter
*Sharp cheddar with whole wheat crackers

Niki, thanks for leaving a comment on my Menu Planning Monday post. It made me laugh to see someone call Cajun pork an ethnic dish :). By the way, I make Tuna cakes too. They are one of my family's favs! We may have to have those next week.
