Sorry for the extreme lateness this week! Guess what? I am officially diagnosed as a Borderline Diabetic, so things will be changing around these parts!

Breakfasts

*Whole wheat breakfast burrito

*Glucerna almond cereal, nonfat milk


Lunches

*Tuna salad, whole wheat crackers, side salad, orange

*Chicken salad on whole wheat pita, trail mix, carrot sticks

*Whole Wheat bean burrito, apple

*Glucerna shake, yogurt, grapes


Dinners

*Spicy grilled chicken, potato wedges, side salad, peach

*Dinner over a friend's home

*Pork stirfry, brown rice, orange

*Pasta e fagioli, side salad, grapes

*Whole wheat pasta with chicken/broccoli/mushroom sauce, side salad, apple

*Steak, green beans, baked potato, side salad, orange

*Grilled lemon-pepper fish, brown rice, broccoli, grapes


Snacks

*Graham crackers and yogurt

*Open face sugar-free PBJ on whole wheat

*Popcorn and soynuts

*Celery and cream cheese
